TDRtargets

http://tdrtargets.org/

Description :
The TDR Targets Database is part of a WHO/TDR project seeking to exploit the availability of diverse datasets to facilitate the identification and prioritization of drug targets in pathogens causing neglected diseases.
The TDR Targets database functions both as a website where researchers can look for information on their targets of interest; and as a tool for prioritization of targets in whole genomes. Using the database as a tool, researchers can quickly prioritize a genome of interest by performing any number of individual queries on a species of interest, then assigning numerical weights to each query (in the history page) to finally obtain a ranked list of genes by combining the weighted queries.

Pseudomonas Genome Database

http://www.pseudomonas.com/

Description :
The Pseudomonas Genome Database (formerly the Pseudomonas aeruginosa genome database and community annotation project or PseudoCAP) was originally developed as a resource for peer-reviewed, continually-updated annotation for the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 reference strain genome. The database continues to act as a central resource for continually updated annotation information for the strain PAO1 genome, but now also hosts additional genome annotation information for all Pseudomonas species genomes. A user friendly, yet highly flexible, search and comparison interface facilitates the examination and comparison of genomic data using multiple views. The database is freely accessible and the database source code is available under a GNU General Public Licence.

Aknowledgement :
We are grateful for the financial support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We thank all the Pseudomonas genome projects, without which this database would not be possible, and we also thank the >130 community annotation update participants (listed at http://www.pseudomonas.com/researchList.jsp) for their valuable contributions.
